A mindset refers to a person's attitudes, beliefs, and assumptions about themselves and the world around them. FIXED MINDSET

GROWTH MINDSET

In a growth mindset, people understand that their abilities can be developed through hard work and dedication. They believe that their efforts and persistence can lead to improvement, and they are willing to take on challenges and learn from their mistakes. People with a growth mindset are also more likely to seek out feedback and use it to improve their skills and abilities.
In contrast to a fixed mindset, people with a growth mindset are less likely to give up in the face of obstacles or setbacks. They see challenges as opportunities for growth, and they are willing to put in the effort to overcome difficulties and achieve their goals. People with a growth mindset are also more likely to be inspired by the success of others, rather than feeling threatened or jealous.
Research has shown that a growth mindset can lead to greater achievement in academics, sports, and other areas of life. By believing in the power of effort and persistence, people with a growth mindset are more likely to take on challenges and work towards their goals, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks.
